    Cancel anytime by messaging Wesley directly — no phone trees, no hoops. Medication is billed separately by your pharmacy and is not included in these fees. Paying a clinical fee does not guarantee a prescription; prescribing is always a clinical decision made after your evaluation and baseline labs.

    PeakHealth MT's fees cover clinical services only. Medication, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Commercial insurance may cover some medications or outside services, but PeakHealth MT does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.

    Medicare Patients

    PeakHealth MT's cash-pay weight-management program is not available to Medicare beneficiaries. This includes patients enrolled in Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan.

    PeakHealth MT provides cash-pay clinical services and does not bill medical insurance. Patients may use commercial prescription coverage at their pharmacy when available. Medication coverage and cost are determined by the patient's pharmacy and prescription-drug plan. This program is not available to Medicare beneficiaries.
