Pay the $75 startup fee to join PeakHealth MT. This includes your local Montana lab order and a 60-minute introductory telehealth visit to review your lab results, health history, and develop a personalized treatment plan — including a prescription for Wegovy, Zepbound, or another weight-management medication if clinically indicated.

- Personalized nutrition, exercise, and medication plan
- Then $99/month membership for follow-up care

After you complete payment, you'll receive a link to schedule your 60-minute introductory telehealth visit. Pick a time that works for you, then complete your labs before the visit so your clinician can review your results.

Meet With Your Provider
During your 60-minute telehealth visit, Wesley Hardin, PA-C, will review your lab results and health history with you. If clinically indicated, he will send your first prescription for Wegovy, Zepbound, or Foundayo to your preferred pharmacy.

Clinical services are cash-pay. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Medication coverage, prior-authorization requirements, pharmacy availability, copayments, and out-of-pocket costs are determined separately.
PeakHealth MT's fees cover clinical services only. Medication, pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise. Commercial insurance may cover some medications or outside services, but PeakHealth MT does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
Medicare Patients
PeakHealth MT's cash-pay weight-management program is not available to Medicare beneficiaries. This includes patients enrolled in Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan.
